Leah Gibson
Leah Diane Gibson (born January 3, 1985 in Victoria , British Columbia ) is a Canadian actress .
life and career
Leah Gibson was born in Victoria, the capital of the Canadian province of British Columbia, as a twin daughter. She began dancing professionally at the age of four , before she was later trained in ballet and forms of jazz . She attended high school with an artistic profile. After graduation, she studied psychology at the University of Victoria . While she was still a student, she was cast for her first professional theater role and subsequently dropped out of her studies. After a short time later the necessary money for the tour was lacking, Gibson moved to Vancouver to focus on her acting career.
Gibson made her acting debut on camera in 2007 in an episode of the Psych series . Shortly thereafter, she was able to take part in several film productions, including Odysseus & the Isle of Mists , Watchmen - Die Wächter , in the leading role of Amy Singer in The Cycle , in Happy to be Here or as Nettie in Eclipse - Biss zum Abendrot . She also played a minor supporting role in Planet of the Apes: Prevolution from 2011.
Her series guest appearances after Psych include Caprica , Supernatural , Soldiers of the Apocalypse , Once Upon a Time in Wonderland , Motive , IZombie , The 100 and The Arrangement .
In 2009 Gibson appeared in the role of Hannah in the mini-series Giant: Kingdom Falling . From 2012 to 2013 a series supporting role as Candi Lussier in Arctic Air followed . From 2013 to 2014 she was Cathy Laszlo in the series Rogue . Other supporting roles followed in The Returned and Shut Eye . In 2018 she took on a major role as Inez Green in the second season of the Netflix series Marvel's Jessica Jones .
