Lena Schäfer (born March 25, 1992 ) is a German cross-country summer biathlete .

Lena Schäfer from SV Pfrondorf won the small-bore rifle title at the German Championships in Summer Biathlon 2008 in Bayerisch Eisenstein together with Annika Pfeil and Andrea Pögl as season Württemberg I , and in 2009 in Zinnwald with Anna Wahls and Judith Wagner the title with the Württemberg I season . In addition, she won the silver medal behind Wagner in the mass start. At the junior competitions of the Summer Biathlon European Championships in 2009 in Nové Město na Moravě , she was 27th in the sprint and 28th in the mass start and with Wahls, Paul Böttner and Niklas Heyser seventh in the mixed relay, in Oberhof she reached the junior Summer biathlon world championships 2009 the ranks 30 in the sprint and 26 in the pursuit. The 2010 Summer Biathlon European Championships in Osrblie brought the ranks 28th in the sprint, 23rd in the pursuit and sixth in the mixed relay with Thordis Arnold , Hendrik Redeker and Niklas Heyser. At the DM 2010 Schäfer won for the third time in a row with the small caliber relay.
