Lendvadedes is a Hungarian community in the county Lenti in Zala county . In terms of population, the place is one of the 20 smallest municipalities in Hungary.
Geographical location
Lendvadedes is four kilometers south of the town of Lenti and one kilometer north of the border with Slovenia . Neighboring communities are Gosztola and Rédics .
history
The place was mentioned in writing in 1291 under the name Dedusfolwa and in 1379 as Dedes . It has been called Lendvadedes since 1898.
