Lenora Isabella Crichlow (born January 4, 1985 in Westminster , London ) is a British actress . She was best known for her role as Annie Sawyer in the British television series Being Human .

Life

Lenora Crichlow in 1985 as the daughter of Frank Gilbert Crichlow, one of the island Trinidad originating activists born, Lucy and Addington. She has two sisters and one brother. Her younger sister Amandla is also an actress. This was seen in, among others, Hot Suspicion and The Bill .

Career

After training and working at the YoungBlood Theater Company , she appeared on The Bill in 2004 . In 2006 the horror film Wilderness followed .

Between 2005 and 2006, Crichlow starred in the Sugar Rush series, which is based on the Julie Burchill novel of the same name . She also appeared in an episode of the Doctor Who series .

In November 2008 it was announced that Crichlow would play the ghost Annie Sawyer on the BBC three series Being Human . She replaced Andrea Riseborough , who had played the role in the pilot in February 2008. She played this role until the end of the fourth season in March 2012.

In 2010, she played the role of Ali Radcliff in the BBC One series Material Girl . Crichlow made a guest appearance in 2011 in the British series Death in Paradise . In 2012 she was also in an episode of the series George Gently - The incorruptible to see.

From 2013 to 2014 Lenora Crichlow appeared as Gigi in 13 episodes of the television series Back in the Game . After that, she played Stephanie in the US television series A to Z .
