The Leopard Pro Cycling is a professional cycling team from Luxembourg that started its first season as a Continental team in 2012 .
Team operator is Leopard SA owned by the Luxembourg sports patron and real estate broker Flavio Becca, who u. a. has already supported the national first division soccer team F91 Dudelange . The US bicycle manufacturer Trek , which it claims to be the world's largest manufacturer of bicycles , initially acted as a co-name sponsor . The team is based in Howald .
From 2011 to 2013 Leopard SA operated the ProTeam Leopard-Trek , which was called RadioShack-Nissan and RadioShack-Trek in the 2012 and 2013 seasons. The Continental team, which consists mostly of riders from the U23 category , should therefore serve to promote cycling in Luxembourg and as the farm team of the ProTeam. The best known driver of the team in the founding year was the Luxembourgish Bob Jungels , who became junior world champion in the individual time trial in 2010 .
In addition to the racing cyclists, the team signed the most successful Luxembourg triathlete Dirk Bockel from 2012 to 2014 .
