List of architectural monuments in Haarbach

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The monuments of the Lower Bavarian community of Haarbach are compiled on this page . This table is a partial list of the list of architectural monuments in Bavaria . The basis is the Bavarian Monument List , which was first drawn up on the basis of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act of October 1, 1973 and has since been managed by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation . The following information does not replace the legally binding information from the monument protection authority.

Haarbach coat of arms

Ensembles

Bergham town center ensemble

File number: E-2-75-125-1

The ensemble includes the small farm estates closely related to a lane and the small Romanesque church of Bergham. The place is in the Lower Bavarian hill country, on the slope west above the Haarbachtal, and belonged to the Hofmark Rotenbergham, whose castle was destroyed by the Swedes in 1648 at the height east above the church.

The ensemble includes the center of the church, which also includes a few individual courtyards. The properties on both sides of the alley are three-sided or one-ridge or irregular courtyards with a very picturesque appearance, which are surrounded by small house gardens. The residential buildings are mostly log houses from the 18th and early 19th centuries, with their flat gable roofs facing the street with their eaves or gables. Particularly special are No. 66 (old No.), where the alley leads through the middle of the courtyard, No. 8 with its entrance to the house, and No. 7 with the amount of details that have been preserved. A narrow passage leads up to the ancient little village church that dominates the ensemble.

Unfortunately, the new buildings on the south and north edges of the ensemble have not been adapted to the historical development.

Ensemble Weiler Schnellertsham

File number: E-2-75-125-2

The ensemble includes the seven original farms in the hamlet of Schnellertsham, which is located in a small stream valley in the hill country of Lower Bavaria. The courtyards, five four-sided buildings, the remaining three-sided courtyards, are lined up in two groups along a north-south facing street. Residential and farm buildings, which - according to the historical architecture of the area - only face the converted courtyard, are predominantly log buildings from the 18th and early 19th centuries. The properties are surrounded by orchards, individual new buildings are built in solid construction, but they are fairly similar to the impressive historical structure.

Remarks

  1. This list may not correspond to the current status of the official list of monuments. The latter can be viewed on the Internet as a PDF using the link given under web links and is also mapped in the Bavarian Monument Atlas . Even these representations, although they are updated daily by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation , do not always and everywhere reflect the current status. Therefore, the presence or absence of an object in this list or in the Bavarian Monument Atlas does not guarantee that it is currently a registered monument or not. The Bavarian List of Monuments is also an information directory. The property of a monument - and thus the legal protection - is defined in Art. 1 of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act (BayDSchG) and does not depend on the mapping in the Monument Atlas and the entry in the Bavarian Monument List. Objects that are not listed in the Bavarian Monument List can also be monuments if they meet the criteria according to Art. 1 BayDSchG. Early involvement of the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation according to Art. 6 BayDSchG is therefore necessary in all projects.
