This list shows the highways and road types in Malawi . There are six types of roads, firstly the trunk roads beginning with M, secondly the secondary roads beginning with an S, thirdly the district roads beginning with D, fourthly the tertiary roads with numbers from 100 to 110, and the fifth Quaternary - Streets with numbers from 300 to 302 and for the sixth the side streets starting with B.
