1936–1938 (Schwelwerk) Factory building, largely preserved in its original state, in the factual classical style of the 1st half of the 20th century, of importance in terms of local, regional, architectural and technological history. The plant was built as an extension of the Regis smoldering plant in 1936–38, partially dismantled after 1945, converted to VEB Zentralwerkstatt Regis in 1949, 1990 - 2004 Stahl- und Maschinenbau AG STAMAG (steel construction company), various companies based there from 2004, formerly a laboratory in the 1950s expanded and converted into a cultural center. The administration building is a clinker brick structure with clinker iron structures, pointed arches and stepped walls of the portals, kitchen / administration building with annex for the fire brigade, Hall I with overhead crane, main store, laboratory, transformer station, cultural center, former laboratory, building on the track systems: all buildings are clinker brick structures with Clinker plinths and clinker iron structures with flat saddle or hipped roofs, individual buildings with special gable designs, partly original wooden floors. 08970107
