List of cultural assets in Iseltwald

The list of cultural assets in Iseltwald contains all objects in the municipality of Iseltwald in the canton of Bern that are subject to the Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict , the Federal Act of June 20, 2014 on the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict and the Ordinance of 29 June 2014 October 2014 on the protection of cultural property in the event of armed conflict .

Objects of category A are not shown in the municipality, objects of category B are fully included in the list, objects of category C are currently missing (as of January 1, 2018). Among other monuments protected objects are found, the "worthy of protection" in the canton of Bern Bauinventar than are listed.

A castle-like villa built in 1907 by order of the dealer Gottfried Siegrist , which has been used for various school purposes since 1927. The magnificent plastered building on a square base has a cube-shaped structure under a cut hipped roof . The design, with its steep roof divided by dormer windows and chimneys, cites the palace architecture of the French Renaissance , the building ornamentation with its colossal order mainly from the early Baroque .
