The hospital for the poor, built in 1620 by Georg Schütter and expanded by Joachim Enzmilner from 1639 onwards, was later financed by a foundation, is now owned by the Münzbach community and is used for a childcare facility.

The granite plague column bears the year 1693 and consists of eight parts with a granite ball including a cross with two crossbars. The reverse glass painting on the street side shows the holy family and stylized flowers and houses.

It is the former Tintische crypt chapel of the Innernstein Castle. The chapel was built in 1906 in a neo-Gothic style according to the plans of the later cathedral master builder Schlager. The masonry is double-skinned, the outside quarry stone wall with buttresses and inside a brick wall with plaster. The Tintische coat of arms hangs above the entrance.

The Münzbach vicarage is housed in the premises of the Münzbach Dominican Monastery, which was built by Joachim Enzmilner from 1661 to 1664 and which was abandoned in 1784 as part of the Josephine reforms.

A separate church in Münzbach was mentioned in a document as early as 1111. Today's church was originally the church of the Dominican Monastery of Münzbach, built by Joachim Enzmilner from 1661 to 1664, and was designated as a parish church in 1784.
