The parish church stands on a raised plateau, surrounded by a niche wall with two covered staircases. First mentioned in 1224, it is a late Gothic building around 1550 with an onion dome . The pulpit was made by Veit Königer in 1763.

Settlement located on the Mareinberg, which was discovered during an emergency excavation during the construction of a gas pipeline. During the excavation a 5,500 year old homestead was discovered, which with the finds there represents one of the most extensive testimonies of the Lasinja culture in Styria.
