The parish church was first mentioned in 1179 and is dedicated to St. Martin consecrated. With a total of three aisles, it consists of building elements from different eras: the main walls and tower made of white Nagelfluh were probably part of a Roman fortress, the central nave, the vaults and the sacristy were only completed later. The three altars are remarkable, including the baroque high altar with figures from the Schwanthaler's workshop .
