Tower 12, a so-called normal tower of the Linz fortifications, was built in 1832 and housed the studio and apartment of the painter and sculptor Hans Schmidinger from 1957 to 1994 , as well as the “Künstlerklause” restaurant. Offices and apartments have been housed in this property since 2007.

Tower 13 is also a normal tower. For some time it was used as an explosives store (powder tower) and then it served as a store for the disaster equipment of the Red Cross. The city of Leonding bought the tower in 2000 and partially renovated it.

A document from 1075 confirms the existence of the Painherrenhof for the first time. In 1726 the castle burned down and was then rebuilt. Since then it has had a stately portal with a statue of the Virgin Mary.

The tower 9 is a normal tower of the Maximilian fortification line. The city museum of Leonding has been located here since 1999 with archaeological finds from the Neolithic to the early Middle Ages, as well as information on the fortifications and the development of Leonding up to the present day. The City Museum received the Austrian Museum Seal of Approval in 2009.

The Church of St. Brother Klaus , consecrated on March 24, 1963, was planned and built by the Linz architect Hanns Dittenberger. The church has a trapezoidal plan and a free-standing bell tower. A roof connects the tower with the church. Below is the main entrance to the church.

St. Johannes in Leonding-Hart was planned and built by Josef Oemer. The artistic design was in the hands of Klaus Liedl. The church was built in 1981 and 1982. It has a circular floor plan with the church tower as the center. The individual components are arranged around this center under a tent roof.

The parish church of St. Michael was mentioned in a document in 1234. In the middle of the 17th century, the church, which was essentially Gothic, was rebuilt. The single-nave church consists of a three-bay nave with a stitch cap barrel vault . The one-bay choir with cross vaults is drawn in opposite the nave and has a three-eighth closure.

In 1903 an orphan colony was established in the three farms of St. Isidor. It was the first children's village in Austria. Around 100 children live here permanently, a few hundred attend after-school care, kindergarten and the three state special schools.

The new parish church was built in 1977 according to plans by the architect Roland Rainer as an extension of the old parish church directly adjacent to it. It has the shape of an octagon, the altar is in the middle under the light dome, the rows of seats rise in steps all around. It was built from 100 year old hand-cut bricks. Eight columns delimit the central octagon from the low, dark wood-covered walkway that connects to the old church. The crucifix was made around 1430 and shows both Romanesque and Gothic style elements. In the church there is also a statue of St. Michaels (1721 copy of a statue by Franz Schwanthaler ) and statues of hll. Petrus, Paulus and Johannes Kantius , in handling a late Baroque Pietà carved from a piece of oak . The organ comes from the St. Florian Organ Building Institute .

House 44 was completed in 1832 and was Leonding's third schoolhouse. It now houses the Leondings municipal gallery.
