This baroque branch church was built between 1754 and 1758. A special feature of this pilgrimage church is the wooden porch that covers a prayer window in the west facade. The arbor is covered with shingles like the onion dome. Inside you will find a rococo- style St. Mary's altar with a Gothic Madonna, classicistic pews and paving made of Solnhofen slabs from the 18th century.

A Roman tombstone can be seen from the outside in the south wall of the choir .

The late Gothic hall church with a two-aisled nave and three-bay choir was inaugurated in 1488. The nave and the choir with three-eighths closure have a ribbed vault . The church has been rebuilt or refurbished several times over the years. In the middle of the 19th century the church was lengthened and the free-standing tower was incorporated. This was last rebuilt in 1954. The altar is the work of Ferdinand Scheck the Younger and is one of the most important examples of neo-Gothic in Upper Austria .

On the outside of the choir is a chapel with a wrought iron grille from around 1700.
