From 1446 to 1456 - on behalf of Otto von Stubenberg - built as a private church and consecrated to Saints Ulrich and Lienhart . Two-nave late Gothic hall church with two-bay choir with 5/8 end and surrounding cornice. The nave has four bays and has a wider, ribbed central nave and a smaller south aisle. Arcade niches in the north indicate another aisle. The irregularity of the floor plan and especially of the west facade suggest that the church was built over a previous building or expanded several times. In the north there are massive pillars that support the vaults and the north facade. The gable of the west portal is clearly offset to the north, and the large arched window is not exactly above the entrance gate. A total of three construction phases could be identified:
  • Phase I: Square nave, probably the remainder of a church building that already existed at the time,
  • Phase II: Extension by a presbytery to east-south-east and the bell tower,
  • Phase III: Extension of the south aisle with a Leonhart altar around 1521.

The high altar was erected in the cartilage style in the 17th century , the preacher's pulpit dates to the early 18th century (1716) and was purchased from Kapfenberg in 1779 . The wooden music gallery has been moved into the ship in the north. The balcony consists of turned columns, on the underside there are inlaid decorations that were made around 1634. The organ was installed in 1754, and in 1887 it was rebuilt by Carl Billich. The square bell tower is located above the Gothic sacristy . It is accessible via a spiral staircase. When they were built, a ribbed vault had to be broken through. In 1697 the tower was increased by 2/3. The facade of the east choir and tower are divided by a cornice band at a height of approx. 9 m. The tower is also provided or covered with pilasters , horizontal bands , white color fields and an onion helmet . The bell dates from 1746. Since the 1990s, renovation measures financed by voluntary donations have taken place (vault protection, drainage, new plastering, laying of paving stones, etc.).

One of the oldest chapels in the Mürz Valley, first mentioned in a document in 1453, but it was probably built much earlier. It is located approx. 230 m northeast of the Ulrichskirche on a heavily wooded hill. Never officially inaugurated, it served primarily a local, rural Leonhardi cult until the late 1950s.
