The Kalvarienberg chapel is located on a rock opposite the Reichenstein castle ruins (separated from it by the road). The rectangular building is believed to have been built over a stone plinth around 1750. The figural crucifixion group inside also dates from the mid-18th century. |

A castle complex was mentioned here as early as 1230, parts of the main castle were built in the 13th and 14th centuries, and the associated castle chapel in the 14th century. Under Christoph Haym, the building was converted into a representative Renaissance castle from 1567/71, using the fortified outer walls. The stronghold is connected to the chapel via a connecting wing. The Schulstöckl (today Waldaist-Stöckl) was added in the 17th century. Renovation measures have been in place since 1980. |

The chapel of the Blessed Virgin Mary was raised to the status of a local parish in 1785 and dissolved in 1816. Today the chapel is a branch church of the Pregarten parish. The chapel is a slender, tower-like, rectangular building with a hipped roof. The chapel has 1 yoke with a ribbed vault inside. The last restoration took place in 1993 (outside). |

The parish church of Peter and Paul has a longer construction history. The north and east walls of the nave are still Romanesque, the lower part of the tower was built in the 13th century, there were further renovation phases until the 16th century, the south aisle was built at the beginning of the 16th century. In 1967 the nave was expanded. The older, Gothic nave part has two aisles and three bays with a ribbed vault in the central nave and a ribbed vault in the aisle. The figures of Peter and Paul date from the 17th century. |
