Sare, who was under the influence of drugs at the time of the accident, had not evaded the vehicle and, according to the court ruling, had misjudged the traffic situation. |

He had been documenting the life of the environmentalists in the tree houses for a long time . Due to his severe injuries, he died shortly afterwards. |
