Lo Manthang ( Nepali लोमान्थाङ ) is a village and Village Development Committee in the Mustang district in the upper Kali Gandaki river valley .
The place Lo Manthang is 2 km west of the Kali Gandaki at an altitude of 3840 m . Lo Manthang was the fortified capital of the former Kingdom of Lo and was founded in 1380.

At the 2011 census, Lo Manthang had 569 inhabitants (including 276 men) in 172 households.
