Ludwig Theodor Christian Heydenreich (born August 31, 1805 in Usingen , † March 31, 1885 in Wiesbaden ) was a German physician and politician .

Life

Born as the son of the pastor and later Nassau regional bishop Ludwig Heydenreich and his wife Eva Susanne nee Lindenborn (1780-1842), Ludwig Heydenreich studied after his school days in Idstein , at the pedagogy in Dillenburg (1817 to 1818) and at the grammar school Philippinum in Weilburg (1819 until 1822) medicine in Marburg and after his doctorate to Dr. med. 1827 in Berlin . During his studies in 1824 he became a member of the old Marburg fraternity / general public . After completing his studies, he worked in Nassau (Lahn) from 1828 , in Rüdesheim from 1831 and in Lorch from 1833 , before becoming medical advisor in Herborn in 1839 and in Dillenburg from 1850 , in Limburg from 1851 and in Kronberg from 1854 . In 1863 he went to Wiesbaden . As a professional member for the medical sector and medical administration, he was a member of the state government . He later became a corresponding member and retired in 1867, but continued to work in his practice.

On June 22, 1831 he married Moehn, born in Niederwalluf, Eugenie (born January 13, 1810 in Strasbourg , † November 19, 1860 in Oberursel ).

From 1848 to 1851 he was a member of the Estates Assembly of the Duchy of Nassau, where he belonged to the conservative Club of the Right. He was elected in a by-election for MP Hatzfeld in constituency 1 (Dillenburg / Herborn). In 1850 he became a member of the state house in the Erfurt Union Parliament . He was elected to the state house by the state parliament. From 1852 to 1857 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates of the Duchy of Nassau . He was elected in a by-election for Friedrich Damian Schütz von Holzhausen in constituency XVI (Idstein). He was chairman of the Greater German Association for Nassau and was a member of the executive committee of the German Reform Party in 1862/63 . In 1864 he was appointed chief medical officer. In 1865 he became a member of the First Chamber of the Estates of the Duchy of Nassau (as representative of Friedrich Wilhelm Schütz von Holzhausen ).
