Lukas Tauber (born February 18, 1990 in Brixen ) is an Italian ice hockey player who has been under contract with the Italian second division club HC Falcons Brixen since 2018 .

Career

Lukas Tauber began his career as an ice hockey player in the youth department of HC Pustertal . In the 2008-09 season, he played his first three championship games with Puster Valley first team in Serie A . Until 2013, however, he was repeatedly loaned out to lower-class clubs. In 2011 he won the Coppa Italia with Pustertal and in the same year and 2014 also the Supercoppa . In 2011, 2012 and 2014 he was also Italian runner- up with the team from Bruneck . For the 2018/19 season Tauber moved to the second division HC Falcons Brixen .

International

For Italy Tauber took part in the U18 Junior World Championships in Division I in 2008 , as well as in the U20 Junior World Championships in Division I in 2009 and 2010 .
