history

The mill was first mentioned in 1634 when it burned down. It was rebuilt in 1682. The description of the Oberamt Waiblingen in 1850 states that the mill is inhabited by 2 families . In 1891 the mill was converted into a cardboard lid factory. The place later became part of the Neustadt community, which was incorporated into the town of Waiblingen on January 1, 1975 as part of the community reform.
