The Böllenbodenhof is a residential area belonging to the Bittenfeld district of the city of Waiblingen in the Rems-Murr district in Baden-Württemberg .

location

The Böllenbodenhof is located about two kilometers northeast of the center of Bittenfeld and just as south-southeast of the eponymous village of Affalterbach in the Ludwigsburg district at the origin of an inconsistent tributary of the Kleewiesenbach , which flows into the Zipfelbach in Bittenfeld . In the west is the forest island Brühleichen , in the east the also isolated forest Unterer Zuckmantel . The Affaltracher Hofgruppe Bollenhöfe is located less than half a kilometer north of the nearby city limits to the Ludwigsburg district.

The residential area with two house numbers and a few outbuildings is accessed by a cul-de-sac from the valley basin of the Kleewiesenbach.

history

In 1809 the farm is still mentioned as Böllenhof , its current name has been passed down since 1812. In the description of the Oberamt Waiblingen from 1850, the Böllenbodenhof is listed as a farm with 7 Protestant residents . On January 1, 1975, the residential area was incorporated into the city of Waiblingen together with Bittenfeld as part of the community reform. Today there is a riding stable and a dog school on the Böllenbodenhof.

Events

Every year a well-known tractor meeting takes place on the Böllenbodenhof . In 2018, around 4,000 visitors came to the event with around 100 vehicles.
