Madhyabindu ( Nepali मध्यबिन्दु ) is a city ( municipality ) in the central Terai of Nepal in the Nawalparasi District (Berdghat Susta East) in the Gandaki Province .

Madhyabindu is on the right bank of the Narayani . The Mahendra Rajmarg highway runs through Madhyabindu. To the east of Madhyabindu is Kawasoti .

The city of Madhyabindu was created in September 2015 by amalgamating the Village Development Committees (VDCs) Kolhuwa , Narayani and Tamasariya . The city administration is located in Tamasariya. The urban area covers 69 km².

At the 2011 census, the VDCs that made up Madhyabindu town had a population of 28,224.
