Bardaghat ( Nepali बर्दघाट Bardaghat ) is a city ( municipality ) in the middle Terai in the Nawalparasi district ( Nepal ).
Bardaghat lies 15 km northeast of the district capital Ramgram at the foot of the Siwaliks . The Narayani River breaks through the Siwalik Range 15 km to the east. The Mahendra Rajmarg highway , the main road connection of Nepal from west to east, runs through Bardaghat. The city of Bardaghat was created in 2014 by merging the Village Development Committees Makar and Panchanagar . This covers 62.1 km².

At the 2011 census, the VDCs that made up the city of Bardaghat had 34,417 inhabitants (15,724 of them male) in 7,795 households.
