Magda Mihalache (born July 6, 1981 in Brăila ) is a former Romanian tennis player .

Career

Mihalache, who preferred hard courts, won five singles and twelve doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit in her career . At the Australian Open in 2000 she started with Zuzana Váleková as a partner in the main field of the doubles competition ; they failed in the first round.

Mihalache played her last tournament on the Ladies Tour in September 2009.

In the German tennis Bundesliga , she then competed for the TC Rüppurr , in 2011 and 2012 in the first and 2013 in the second division .
