The successful Hollywood agent Jack Giamoro sees his life as unfulfilled. One day he learns that his wife Nina is cheating on him with one of his celebrity clients.
In order to organize his thoughts, Giamoro keeps a diary. The diary, which contains intimate information about his life, is stolen by the journalist Barbi Ling; Giamoro took a lot of trouble to get it back.
