The list of the team squads of the Eliteserien (chess) 2013/14 contains all players who were registered for the Norwegian Eliteserien in chess 2013/14 as well as their individual results.
A maximum of 20 players could be registered per team, but not all clubs fully used the quota. The Asker Schakklubb reported only 12 players, the SK 96 Bergen 13, the Moss Schakklub 14, SOSS Selvaagbygg 16 and the Black Knights Oslo 17. Not all of the reported players were used. The Akademisk Sjakklubb Oslo used 8 players, while the Black Knights Oslo played a total of 14 players at least one competition. A total of 108 players were used, 13 of whom took part in all competitions. The best player with 7.5 points from 8 games was Lars Oskar Hauge (Oslo Schakselskap), Espen Lie (Asker Schakklubb), Frode Olav Olsen Urkedal (Schakklubben av 1911) and Stig Gabrielsen (Bergens Schakklub) scored 6.5 points each Gabrielsen played 8 games, Lie and Urkedal 9 each. With Sebastian Mihajlov (Oslo Schakselskap), Kaido Külaots , Ludy Helsio Sousa (both Vålerenga Sjakklubb), Joachim Birger Nilsen , Erik Eikeland (both Bergens Schakklub), Pål Levang (Black Knights Oslo) and Eirik Sandal (SK 96 Bergen) seven players achieved 100%, with Külaots and Sandal each playing three games, Sousa, Nilsen and Eikeland two each, Mihajlov and Levang one each.

According to point 6.6 of the regulations, a player may only be used for one team of a club within 14 days. With Vålerenga Sjakklubb and SOSS Selvaagbygg, two clubs violated this provision. Vålerenga had already placed Ludy Helsio Sousa in the third team on March 9, 2014, but again placed him in the first team on March 21 and 22, 2014, SOSS Selvaagbygg had Dag Sødtholt in the third team on March 9, 2014 and put him back on March 21, 2014 in the first team. According to point 6.7 of the regulations, the games of the players who were not eligible to play were lost for them and won for the opponents; in addition, one board point was deducted from the teams of these players. For the individual results, the actual results are taken into account (victories by Ludy Helsio Sousa against Ove Sævareid and Gustav Gudbrandsen, draw by Dag Sødtholt against Hans Arild Runde).
