Manuel Parrado Carral

Manuel Parrado Carral (born September 29, 1946 in San Román , Santiso , A Coruña Province ) is a Spanish clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of São Miguel Paulista in Brazil.

Life

Manuel Parrado Carral was ordained a priest for the diocese of Santo André on December 10, 1972 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him on January 3, 2001 auxiliary bishop in São Paulo and titular bishop of Iunca in Byzacena . The Archbishop of São Paulo, Cláudio Cardinal Hummes OFM , donated him episcopal ordination on March 10 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Paulo Evaristo Cardinal Arns OFM, Archbishop of São Paulo, Lino Vombömmel OFM, Bishop of Santarém , and Luciano Pedro Mendes de Almeida SJ , Archbishop of Mariana. As a motto he chose Anunciamos Jesus Cristo .

Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on January 9, 2008 Bishop of São Miguel Paulista.
