Manuel Seidl (born October 26, 1988 in Kirchschlag in the Bucklige Welt ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Seidl began his career at the St. Pölten Football Academy. In 2007 he moved to SV Mattersburg , where he was first used by the amateurs. The young defender made his debut in the Austrian Bundesliga on July 9, 2008, when he played through in the 6-0 defeat by FC Red Bull Salzburg in the first round of the 2008/09 season. Seidl was part of the SVM tribe and regularly played a solid part in the Burgenland's defensive midfield. In 2014 he moved to Wolfsberger AC .

For the 2016/17 season he returned to SV Mattersburg, where he received a contract valid until June 2018. After the 2017/18 season he left Mattersburg.

In October 2018 he moved to the second division club SC Wiener Neustadt . After the forced relegation of Wiener Neustadt, he moved to the second division SKU Amstetten for the 2019/20 season .
