Alin Roman (born January 27, 1994 in Timișoara ) is a Romanian football player .
Career
Roman joined the second division club FCMU Baia Mare in 2011 . In September 2011 he made his debut in Liga II when he came on as a substitute for Florin Achim on the third matchday of the 2011/12 season against Arieşul Turda at half-time .
In 2012 he moved to the first division club Dinamo Bucharest . After he was first used for the second team in League II, he made his debut in May 2013 in League 1 , when he replaced Sorin Strătilă on the 32nd matchday of the 2012/13 season against FC Vaslui in the 73rd minute .
For the 2013/14 season Roman moved to the second division ASA Târgu Mureș . After seven appearances for Târgu Mures in Liga II, he joined the first division ACS Poli Timişoara during the winter break of that season . He was used in three top division games for the club.
After half a year in Romania's top division, he moved to the second division Metalul Reșița in the summer of 2014 . Roman stayed there again for only six months; in the winter break of the 2014/15 season he went to FC Caransebeş .
After a year at Caransebeş, he moved to UTA Arad in January 2016 . After nine games for Arad in Liga II, he moved to the third division club CS Național Sebiș for the 2016/17 season .
In January 2017 Roman moved to Austria for the sixth class SV Bad Goisern . For the 2017/18 season he joined the regional league team Union Vöcklamarkt . After half a year at Vöcklamarkt, he moved to league competitor ATSV Stadl-Paura in January 2018 . For the 2019/20 season he moved to the second division SK Vorwärts Steyr .
For the 2020/21 season he moved to league competitor SKU Amstetten .
