Sebastian Dirnberger (born October 20, 1997 ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Dirnberger began his career at SV Weyer . Between 2008 and 2009 he played for SV Gaflenz . In 2011 he came to the academy of SV Ried , where he played until 2014. In March 2015 he made his debut for the amateurs of Ried in the Upper Austrian League when he was in the starting line-up against SU St. Martin on matchday 16 of the 2014/15 season . In the 2015/16 season Dirnberger was part of the Rieder Bundesliga squad, but was not used. In October 2015 he scored his first goal in the Upper Austria League in a 4-2 defeat against SC Marchtrenk .

For the 2017/18 season he moved to the regional division SK Vorwärts Steyr . He played his first game in the regional league in July 2017 when he was in the starting line-up against Union St. Florian on the first day of that season . At the end of the season he rose to the 2nd league with Steyr . In the promotion season he came to 18 missions in the regional league.

He made his debut in the second highest division in August 2018 when he came on as a substitute for Lukas Gabriel on the fifth match day of the 2018/19 season against SV Horn in the 31st minute . For the 2019/20 season he moved to league competitor SKU Amstetten .
