description

That of Saint Margaret consecrated medieval church was in the Thirty Years' War severely damaged. The present hall church was mainly built in 1769. It has a choir tower with a polygonal end in the east. On the stone ground floor of the tower there is an octagonal intermediate piece clad with sawn timber , the belfry of which houses two bells. One from 1482 is dedicated to the evangelists and the namesake of the church, the other, dating from the 15th century, is a so-called alphabet bell. The tower is covered with a bell-shaped dome and is crowned with a tower ball .

The nave , covered with a half- hip roof , is spanned inside with a wooden barrel vault. The galleries on the long sides are single-story, in the west the gallery is two-story. The choir has a star vault .

The church furnishings include the wooden pulpit with a sound cover on the north side of the triumphal arch . The chalice-shaped, wooden, octagonal baptismal font dates from 1650. The organ is on the gallery in the west . It has 10 stops , divided into a manual and a pedal , and was built in the 18th century by an unknown organ builder .
