In contrast to its predecessor, you no longer have to collect coins, but there is a new racing missions mode in which tasks such as 'collect the 10 item boxes' have to be completed. Items

Items marked with a * can be dragged behind you and thus serve as a shield from attackers. To put down the item, the button / button is released. The held item may come off if the user is thrown around.

To get an item, you drive through the series-typical item boxes. Which item appears is random. But the worse the current position, the more powerful the item. Anyone who already owns an item cannot receive another one. If you pull the item behind you or use it, a new one can be picked up. However, the old item must be used before the new one.

Items that you can choose to drag behind you can be thrown both forward and backward. Check beforehand where your opponent is driving and note the speed and trajectory of the item in order to get a hit.
