Mark Povinelli

Mark Povinelli (born August 9, 1971 in Elyria , Ohio ) is an American actor of Italian descent. He suffers from congenital spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia , a form of short stature , which makes him 1.15 m tall and weighs 34 kg.

life and career

Mark Povinelli was born in Elyria , Ohio , the youngest of four children . His parents and siblings are average heights. After school, Povinelli attended Miami University , where he graduated with two bachelors in mass communication and theater in 1993. He then worked in a few plays, such as William Shakespeare and Ben Jonson .

Povinelli has appeared in film and television since 1998. In the early days he was mainly in guest roles, for example in Dharma & Greg , Charmed - Magic Witches and Alone Among Neighbors . In 2004 he took part in Robert Zemecki's Der Polarexpress . This was followed by more series appearances, such as in Hotel Zack & Cody , Cold Case - No victim is ever forgotten , marriage is… , Boardwalk Empire , Modern Family and Criminal Minds .

In 2011 Povinelli played the role of Kinko in the film Water for the Elephants . The following year, Half Pint in Spieglein Spieglein - The Truly True Story of Snow White . That same year he played Todd on the short-lived sitcom Are You There, Chelsea? . Other recurring roles followed, particularly in the recent past, such as in Mad Dogs and Still the King .

Povinelli has been featured on the radio talk show Perfectly Imperfect Radio every week since 2014 . He is married to Heather Davis. They have two children together and live in Los Angeles .
