Life
Sanchez began his film staff career in 1985 television with a David Copperfield television special. This was followed by other works for television, his first feature film was the comedy A Million for Juan by director Paul Rodriguez . His second film was Gregory Nava's drama My Family . In 1996 he and Ken Diaz were nominated for an Oscar in the category of best make-up and best hairstyles , but that year it won Mel Gibson's historical drama Braveheart .
In addition to his film engagements, Sanchez has also worked for television, including the television series Friends , New York Cops - NYPD Blue , The Closer and True Detective . In 2000 he was nominated for the sitcom The Wild Seventies for the Primetime Emmy , which he could not win. He was also nominated for the talk show The Joan Rivers Show three times in a row for the Daytime Emmy between 1991 and 1993; he won this award in 1992.
