Markus Weisbeck

Markus Weisbeck (born May 16, 1965 in Offenburg ) is a German graphic designer and professor at the Bauhaus University Weimar . He lives and works in Weimar , Frankfurt am Main and Berlin .

Life

Weisbeck studied visual communication at the Offenbach am Main University of Design and founded the graphic studio Surface Gesellschaft für Gestaltung mbH in 1999. After several international visiting professorships, he has been teaching since 2011 as a professor of graphic design at the Bauhaus University Weimar and regular teaching positions at the Paju typography Institute PaTI Korea. Since 2013 he has been an official member of the AGI Alliance Graphique Internationale .
