Matroska ( Ukrainian Матроска ; Russian Матросская Matrosskaja ; Romanian Matroasca-Cuhurlui ) is a village in Budschak in the extreme southwest of Ukraine with about 2200 inhabitants (2006).

The village, founded in 1843, is located in Ismajil Rajon in Odessa Oblast and is the only village in the district council of the same name . Matroska borders in the south on the north bank of the Danube , which forms the border with Romania here, in the east on the city of Ismajil , in the north on the village Broska and in the west on the village Larshanka .

On September 7, 2016, the name of the place was changed from Матрос ь ка to Матроска.
