Kyslyzja ( Ukrainian Кислиця ; Russian Кислица Kisliza , Romanian Câşliţa-Dunăre ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Odessa with about 3000 inhabitants (2001).

The residents of the village run a fish farm, grow fruit and vegetables, and grow wine and horticulture.

The village, founded in 1813 by settlers from Moldova as Câşliţa-Dunăre (another source mentions the founding year 1807) is the only village in the 130.580 km² district council of the same name in the southeast of Ismajil district .

The village is located on the north bank of the Kilijaarm , the northernmost estuary of the Danube , which forms the border between Romania and the Ukraine , and on the south- eastern bank of the 67 km² Katlabuchsee . Kyslyzja is located on the territorial road T – 16–07 between the 21 km southwest of Ismajil Rajon center and the city of Kilija, 24 km to the east . The Oblastzentrum Odessa is located about 220 km northeast of the village.
