Mirriam Wangari
Mirriam Wangari (born February 22, 1979 ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who specializes in road running.
Life
In 2003 she won the Göteborgsvarvet and in 2006 the Lille half marathon . In 2007 she won the Marrakech marathon over the half marathon distance and the 20 km in Paris , in which she defended her title in 2008 and 2009. In 2009 she won the Corrida de Langueux and the Foulées Monterelaises.
In 2010 she won the half marathon again in Marrakech, finished fifth in the Paris half marathon and defended her title in Langueaux. In 2011 a third victory in Langueaux was followed by a second place in the 20 km of Paris and a victory in the Saint-Denis half marathon.
In 2012 she finished second in the Xiamen Marathon .
