The 6th Inter-Cities Fairs Cup was in the season 1963 / 64 played. Real Zaragoza won the final, which in Camp Nou was held against defending champions FC Valencia . The only participating city selection this season and the last ever in the competition was that of Copenhagen . The top scorer was Waldo from Valencia CF.

If the score was tied on the two legs, a play-off was played, but the winner was still not certain after its regular time, followed by extra time.
