In an article published in 1975, he argued in favor of the thesis that intelligent life only arose on Earth in the Milky Way .

Historical works

In 1978 his book The 100: A Ranking of the Most Influential Persons in History was published (Eng. " The 100 most influential people in human history. "). It has been translated into 15 languages and sold more than 500,000 times. Hart put the Prophet Muhammad in first place because, according to his statement, no one before or after Muhammad had such an impact on human history .

In 1999 Hart published the book "A View from the Year 3000" - a story of the future, in which he looks at both technical advances and political developments.

In the book " Understanding Human History " Hart describes the history of mankind - beginning 100,000 years ago and leading up to the 20th century. This includes discussions on all major areas of the world, with a focus on the differences in intelligence between different groups of people. In this book, Hart examines the many consequences such differences have on the events of human history - from prehistory to the present day. The book contains a wealth of data, tables and maps, an extensive bibliography and a thorough index.

In one of his articles, Hart questioned Shakespeare's authorship of the works ascribed to him and argued that they were written by Edward de Vere .

In another paper, Hart argued that a future with Yugoslavia-like ethnic conflict within the United States could be prevented by dividing the country into three different states: an integrated multiracial state, a white state, and a black state.

Race conferences

In 1996, Hart spoke at a conference organized by Jared Taylor's "racially realistic" organization, American Renaissance, about the need to racially divide the United States. Hart proposed a tripartite division, with an area for white separatists, one for black separatists and another for a multiracial nation. He said that peaceful and voluntary division is the only way to prevent violence.

At the American Renaissance Conference held in 2006, Michael Hart, himself a Jew, had a public dispute with David Duke , a former Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan and an MP in the Louisiana House of Representatives, about his "anti-Semitic" statements.

In 2009, Hart organized a conference in Baltimore called Preserving Western Civilization , which addressed the need to defend “America's Judeo-Christian Heritage and European Identity” against immigrants, Muslims and African Americans. Invited speakers included Lawrence Auster, Peter Brimelow, Steven Farron, Julia Gorin, Lino A. Graglia, Henry C. Harpending, Roger D. McGrath, Pat Richardson, J. Philippe Rushton , Srdja Trifković, and Brenda Walker.
