Michel Lateste

Michel Lateste (born August 8, 1946 ) is a former French racing car driver .

Racing career

Michel Lateste was active as a racing driver from 1974 to 1988. His engagement was most intense at the 24-hour race of Le Mans , where he competed 10 times between 1974 and 1988 . His best result in the final ranking was 20th in 1983 . Apart from Le Mans, his greatest success in sports car racing was the 11th final at the 360 km race in Sandown Park in 1988 .

Lateste also competed in a number of monopostor races . In 1981 he finished eighth overall in the French Formula 3 Championship .
