The micro-region São Miguel do Araguaia is a total of 18 micro-regions of the State of Goiás in the Midwest of Brazil . It belongs to the mesoregion of Northwest Goiás .
Geographical location
The São Miguel do Araguaia microregion borders clockwise, starting from the north:
- To the north to the state of Tocantins
- In the east to the North Goiás mesoregion and Central Goiás mesoregion
- In the south to the Rio Vermelho microregion
- To the west to the state of Mato Grosso
