The Roman Catholic Mission sui iuris St. Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha ( lat. : Sanctae Helenae, Ascensionis et Tristanensis ) was on August 18, 1986, based in Jamestown on Saint Helena established and the management of the Archdiocese of Cape Town leached . Since the foundation of the Mission sui juris in personal union, the superior has also been Prefect of the Apostolic Prefecture of the Falkland Islands or Malwinen .
