Monika Stenzel (* 1949 in Halle (Saale) ) is a German actress .

Life

Monika Stenzel completed her training at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin in 1974 . She made a name for herself both as a theater and wanderlust and film actress. From 1974 to 1991 she performed primarily at the New Theater in Halle ( Kulturinsel Halle ), the Landestheater Dessau , the Landestheater Eisenach and the Renaissance Theater (Berlin) , including as Helena in A Midsummer Night's Dream , as Adelheid in Der Biberpelz , as Luise in Kabale und Liebe , as Marja in Der Revisor , as Natalja in Maxim Gorkis Wassa Shelesnowa , as Marie in The Soldiers (Drama) , as Recha in Nathan the Wise and as Franziska in Minna von Barnhelm . In addition, she was seen in productions of the Moritzburg television theater .
