The Mouillonne is a river in France that runs mainly in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitania region . It rises under the name Ruisseau de Rieumajou on the municipal boundary of Saint-Ybars and Gaillac-Toulza , which also forms the border to the neighboring Ariège department , generally drains in a north-easterly direction, reaches the broad valley floor of the Ariège at Caujac , swings here to the northwest and after a total of around 20 kilometers it flows into the Ariège as a left tributary at the municipal boundary of Miremont and Grépiac .
