Muchammedkaly Abylgaziyev ( Kyrgyz Мухамметкалый Абылгазиев, Muhammetkalıy Abılgaziyev ; born January 20, 1968 in the Kotschkor province, Naryn region , Kyrgyz Soviet Socialist Republic , USSR ) is a Kyrgyz state minister from April 2018 to June 2020, the Kyrgyz Republic was the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic .

biography

Abylgaziyev studied agronomy at the Konstantin Scriabin Agricultural University (now the Kyrgyz National Agricultural University ) in Bishkek in the early 1990s . In 1997 he graduated from the International University of Kyrgyzstan with a degree in economics .

In the 1990s Abylgaziev worked in the financial sector for various companies. From 1999 he worked as the director of employment management for the city of Bishkek.

In 2003 Abylgaziyev was initially the administrative director of the social fund in the Chüi region . Seven years later, he took over the management of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic and was in this position until 2016.

By decree of Almasbek Atambayev , the President of Kyrgyzstan, Abylgaziyev was appointed Deputy Prime Minister in the government of Sooronbai Dscheenbekow in April 2016 . With the resignation of Dscheenbekow in August 2017, Ablygaziev served as Deputy Prime Minister (August 22-25, 2017) of Kyrgyzstan for four days. He then acted briefly as an advisor to Atambayev. He appointed Abylgaziyev as the first deputy head of the presidential administration on September 12, 2017.

With the victory of Dscheenbekow in the presidential elections in October 2017 his confidant Abylgasijew sparked in April 2018 Sapar Isakov Dschumakadirowitsch whose government with a vote of no confidence in the Zhogorku Kengesch was ousted as head of the Presidential Administration and Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic from.  

On June 16, 2020, Abylgaziev resigned from the post of Prime Minister. This was preceded by a scandal over the sale of radio frequencies . His successor was initially his deputy Kubatbek Boronow .
