The Mutterer Alm is located in the Tyrolean Inn Valley and is part of the municipality of Mutters in the Innsbruck-Land district and consists of the Mutterer Alm, Mutterer Sennalm and the newly built Mutterer Alm restaurant .

Winter sports
In 1953 a lift was built, which was in operation until 2000 and was replaced by a single-cable gondola in January 2006. It leads to the ski area of the Muttereralmbahn . Further lifts complete the ski area. In winter, one toboggan run leads into the valley and a second to the Nockhof .
Summer sports
An approx. Five kilometer long mountain cart has been leading to the valley station since 2014 . Furthermore, the Mutterer Alm is the starting point for mountain bike tours of various difficulty levels.
