Unterberg – Stefansbrücke stop

BW

Since the summer timetable in 1880, secondary trains of the Brenner Railway have stopped at the “guard house opposite the Stefansbrücke”. As a condition for the introduction, the erection of a footbridge over the Sill was made. This was built by the "local innkeeper".

Bus transport

The first bus route Innsbruck – Schönberg via Unterberg was established in 1900. This was advertised in Dillinger's travel newspaper as a “worthwhile car ride, 1 hour” for excursions from Innsbruck.
