The inn on Brennerstrasse was built around 1850. The three-storey late Biedermeier building is covered with a hipped roof. The classicistic plastered facade is structured by a slightly protruding middle risalit and plaster blocks . The protection status was reduced to the street-side appearance in 2002.

The Einhof at the end of the village in the direction of Brenner was the seat of the Stubai Regional Court from 1797 to 1813 . The two-storey house with a loft and flat saddle roof has a richly structured main facade: windows with covings, classical architectural painting and a basket-arched, chamfered portal with a double flight of stairs. A baroque mural stretching over two storeys shows Mary with child in cloud aura on a crescent moon, globe and snake over a sundial. Inside, a barrel-vaulted kitchen and segment-arched doors have been preserved.

The Widum, which forms a remarkable ensemble with the parish church , was built in 1753/1754 according to plans by Franz de Paula Penz . The two-storey building with a hipped roof has a round arched portal with plinths, spars and keystones in the south . The facades are adorned with high quality architectural painting from the time it was built. Some of the original stucco ceilings have been preserved inside.

The chapel at the Europabrücke was built in 1963 to commemorate the workers and engineers who died while building the bridge. The building designed by Hubert Prachensky consists of two wedge-shaped rising walls made of unplastered natural stone, which converge at an acute angle to the altar wall formed as a glass window. The entire walls are covered with a cycle of frescoes by Karl Plattner , which shows motifs from bridge construction, the two chapel patrons Johannes Nepomuk and Christophorus as well as scenes from the history and mythology of Tyrol and Europe.

A small piece of the Roman Via Raetia leading over the Brenner Pass , which was excavated below the top of the pass, was relocated near the Europabrücke car park . It consists of large stone slabs into which deep driving grooves are carved.

The cemetery around the parish church was laid out in the 18th century and expanded in the 21st century. It contains several important epitaphs, the chapel of the dead, a war memorial and a cemetery cross from the end of the 18th century. The funeral chapel was built in 1979 in place of an older building. The elongated structure consists of two structures, which are covered with a hipped roof or tent roof.

The church was built in rococo style in 1748/49 according to plans by Franz de Paula Penz . A single-axis round choir in the south and a tower with an onion helmet adjoin the three-axis nave. The interior under a needle cap barrel with flat belt arches is adorned with rich rocailles stucco, attributed to Bartlme Gratl , and vault paintings by Giuseppe le Grù and Franz Anton Leitenstorffer from 1752 .

The monument to the Viennese university lecturer and doctor Franz Kretschy (1846–1898) was erected around 1900. On a pyramid made of natural stones there is a bronze portrait bust of Kretschy, including an angel with an anchor of hope and a palm branch pointing to the inscription panel. The bronze sculptures were designed by Johannes Benk and cast by Hans Froemmel.

The observation tower, built in 1890 by Alois Witting with a view to the north, has been under monument protection since 1984 as a characteristic architectural monument from the pioneering days of tourism in Tyrol .

The core of the former Gasthof Domanig in the town center dates from the 16th century and was rebuilt in 1708. 1988–1990 the business section on the west and north sides was adapted for use by elementary schools, municipal offices and volunteer fire services. The two-storey building is structured on the south and west side with six oriels and has a fretted gable from 1708 and a beveled pointed arch portal on the main facade . The baroque frescoes date from the first half of the 18th century.

The Einhof , which used to be a post office, dates back to the 16th century. The entrance facade is irregularly structured with a round arch portal, a rectangular bay window with chamfered edges that extends over two floors, as well as belt and window cornices. The classicistic facade painting depicting Saints Florian and Martin and two horsemen was created around 1800. Inside, a stitch cap vault and a wooden beam ceiling have been preserved. The house chapel opposite is also protected.

In 1909–1912, the residential and office building for the plant manager or director of the plant was built right next to the power plant's machine house. The building in the Heimat style is structured with windows in deep reveals and corner cores.

The Ruetz power plant was built between 1909 and 1912 to supply the Mittenwald Railway according to plans by Josef Riehl and Ferdinand Mayr . The machine house is a historicized , monumental building complex with a rectangular floor plan based on the Munich school . The wall paintings inside were created by Ernst Schroffenegger in 1941 . The historical machine equipment has been partially preserved. As the first large railway power plant in Austria, it is an important industrial monument.

The Stephansbrücke on Brennerstrasse , built from 1842 to 1846, is the largest preserved stone bridge in Austria. It spans the Ruetz with a length of 44 m and a height of 36 m . The construction was planned by the engineer Leonhard von Liebener and carried out under the architect Alois Haas .

Note: The Stephansbrücke connects the communities of Schönberg in the Stubaital and Mutters .

The classicistic stone monument at the Stephansbrücke inn was erected in 1777 on the occasion of the construction of the new route on Schönbergstrasse. An oval stone cartouche on the gable commemorates the journey home of Pope Pius VI. 1782 over the Brenner.

The pipe bridge built at the beginning of the 20th century serves as a feed line to the Untere Sill power plant in Innsbruck and a pedestrian bridge. It connects the community of Schönberg and the Innsbruck district of Vill via the Sill Gorge .
